    THE BIGGER PICTURE

As per The Telegraph, Arsenal have earmarked Wolves striker Cunha as their main target in January as Arteta’s side are said to be impressed with the Brazilian. The 25-year-old has been a lone shining star in what has been a dull Wolves side, bagging ten goals and four assists in 18 Premier League matches.

  • DID YOU KNOW?

However, a January swoop is said to be unlikely as Wolves are fighting to stay in the Premier League this season and they are unlikely to allow a key star to leave the club as they battle for survival. Additionally, Cunha has two and a half years left on his deal at Molineux and Wolves will have major leverage, if Arsenal approach them to sign the Brazilian.
